DAYS OF TERROR- 6TH AUGUST &9TH AUGUST, 2011

Hiroshima and Nagasakhi days were remembered and encouraged the children AGAINST WAR…

The programme was conducted by the Social Science club .The destruction caused by the World Wars were displayed on the wall. Story of SADAKO SASAKI made their eyes wet.

There was a competition in placard making and a grand rally against WAR was conducted and tried to make the people aware about this by visiting houses. Head Master flagged off the rally.

VAYANA KALARI

It was a real blessing to the children of our school to get 10 newspapers .The Rotary Club Nemmara unit did this contribution. The president V.Ramesh handedover the first copy to the school leader Anurag . Also the Rotary Club Secretary, Mr.Santosh Kumar , Manoj Kumar, M.Muraleedharan and Mr.Jayesh  were there. Malayala Manorama Circulation Inspector Mr. Ajay Shankar facilitated in the programme.

 

VIDYARANGAM – KALA SAHITHYA VEDI

The presence of Mr.N.M.Nooleli Master (Narayana Marar) made the inaugural function a colourful one.He very nicely described how to become a writer….It was a new experience to the children. It was decided to prepare  hand written magazines in each and every class. Cultural programmes of the children attracted all.

WE LOVE THIS SCHOOL………….

The Rotary Club members of Nemmara Unit visited our school and the District Assistant Governor, Mr.Satwant Singh planted a tree in the school premises. They interacted with the children and distributed some plants. All the children were very much excited to see a real SINGH. Also other Rotary Club members attended the function.

How to make the teaching & learning of MATHEMATICS sweeter ????

This was the main objective of mathematics club for the year 2011-12. Head master inaugurated the function. It was made very attractive through the presentation of puzzle , project and mental ability questions by the members.

MOON DAY & INAGURATION OF SCIENCE CLUB

An apt day to inaugurate  the science club.  21 July is one of the most important days as far as space science is concerned. U.P. SECTION & H.S. SECTION  prepared MOON DAY MAGAZINES.

Ayalur grama panchayt  Standing Committee Chairman for Education Mrs. Prameela Devadas  inaugurated the function . Mrs. Padmaja devi, Teacher, Presided over the function. Headmaster  Mr.N.Muraleedharan released the moon day magazines. Also there was a c.d. show, an exhibition and a quiz competition as a part of moon day celebration.

MILK-A COMPLETE FOOD

To improve the health of our children milk distribution began on 4th july 2011.Headmaster inaugurated the function.Monday and wednesday were fixed for distribution of the same.

Distribution of egg once in a week was also started.

P.N.PANIKER

To encourage reading habit of the children we conducted the reading week.The inauguration was done by Jilgy Jose, a student of IXth standard by introducing the life of Mr.P.N.Paniker

Various literary branches were made familiar to the children each day in the school assembly.In class level also differernt works were given.Distribution of library books started. In the exhibition children selected the books they liked.All are very interested to present their report after reading each book.

9TH JUNE 2011

NOON MEAL :  Noon meal programme for the year 2011-12 was inaugurated by M.P.T.A.President Smt.Haseena on 9.6.2011.The menu is displayed everyday in the white board.

FREE TEXT BOOKS: Free text books to all the students upto VIIth standard were distributed .The first set was handed over by our ward member Mrs.Rajani.

JUNE 5TH 2011--WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY

Importance of protecting our nature was discussed in detail.Plants were distributed among U.P. and High school students.Competitions were held based on the issue-drawing,poster making,speech and quiz.Children conducted a rally against the use of plastic and gave awareness to all the students and local people.

PRAVESANOTHSAVAM CELEBRATED

We  celebrated pravesanothsavam in a grand manner.  Parents, Students and Local people came to help and support us. The school and L.P. classrooms were decorated with colourful balloons and ribbons. In the presence of a big crowd and with the rhythm of drizzling rain, The Ayalur Grama Panchayath President Mrs. Geetha Rajendran inaugurated the function. There was an informal inauguration of New High School classes. After the function a Parental awareness class was conducted.
