11th AUGUST 2011. PARENT TEACHER ASSOSSIATION - GENERAL BODY MEETING

Really  an encouraging group of parents.  More than180 parents assembled in the school main hall. The meeting began at 2.30 pm.

3.      PESIDENTIAL ADDRESS  :  Mr. K. SURESH KUMAR, P.T.A. PRESIDENT.
4.      CHIEF GUEST                     :  Mr.  K. KANNAUNNI, VICE- PRESIDENT,AYALUR  Panchayat      
5.      REPORT- 2010-2011         :  Mrs. V.K.PADMAJA DEVI, TEACHER.
6.      ACCOUNT OF P.T.A.         :  Mr. K. RAJAN, TEACHER.
7.      DISCUSSION & SUGGESTIONS         : P.T.A. MEMBERS.
8.      ELECTION  OF NEW COMMITTEE   :
9.      OATH TAKING                                     : NEW P.T.A. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Everybody was in an excited mood that now we were the part of a HIGH SCHOOL.
The Headmaster expressed his happiness to see such a gathering of parents.  In his welcome speech he asked for the total support of the parents. P.T.A. President reminded   about the duties and responsibilities of parents in the present social atmosphere. During the inaugural speech Mr. K. Kannanunni talked about the effect of new high school in the whole area and he asked all to work together for a bright future. He offered all support for improving the physical conditions of the school. All listened carefully to  the report of activities of P.T.A. Committee and the details of accounts. The parents participated actively in the discussion and put forth many  suggestion for the effective working of the school. The important point was to avoid politics since this was a newly upgraded school.

New executive committee members were selected and a group of  hardworking , young blood took oath that they will support and do their level best for the progress of our school.  Vote of thanks and National anthem put an end to the meeting.
